Original Sample

1/4 Pound sample to try before ordering more.

Using sirloin tip roast that is sliced to 4mm, the meat is marinated in the selected Nesco flavoring overnight.  It is then dehydrated, cooled, and vacuum-sealed with an oxygen absorber for freshness.  Each bag contains 1/4lb (pre-cooked weight) of Jerky and is labeled with its production date.  Store in a cool, dry place for the best shelf life.
