Smoky Carolina Reaper

Using sirloin tip roast that is sliced to 4mm, the meat is marinated in the Sweet & Smoky Chipotle Nesco flavoring with the addition of Carolina Reaper powder overnight.  It is then dehydrated, cooled, and vacuum-sealed with an oxygen absorber for freshness.  Each bag contains 1lb (pre-cooked weight) of Jerky and is labeled with its production date.  Store in a cool, dry place for the best shelf life.
